Welcome to the CKL journey, your learning program to eat better and feel good in your body in the long term. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all relations between METHODE CKL (hereinafter « CKL », « we » or « us ») and the user (hereinafter « you » or « the User »).
By subscribing to a subscription, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted without reservation these Terms and Conditions as well as the associated warnings.
Subscription Plans
The CKL program offers a paid monthly subscription to an online wellness education program, including:
- Personalized content (videos, worksheets, exercises, mindset).
- Personalized meal plans (CKL SOLO+ and CKL COACHE only).
- Optional access to paid coaching sessions.
- Weekly video coaching (CKL COACHE only).

Warnings and medical disclaimer
CKL is not a medical service. This program is purely educational and focused on general well-being. It is not a substitute for medical advice. It is essential to consult your doctor before starting, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have an eating disorder, or are taking medication. The coaches are not healthcare professionals (unless explicitly stated in their ADELI/RPPS registration) and do not make diagnoses or prescribe medication. In case of adverse effects, stop using the program and consult a doctor. CKL accepts no responsibility for results or damages related to misuse or lack of prior medical supervision.
Registration and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Registration is done via the website www.parcours-ckl.fr by creating an account and making a secure payment (by card). It implies full and unreserved acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, warnings, and Privacy Policy. Any adult may register. Minors require written parental consent.
Subscription and payment terms
- Monthly subscription with no commitment: Automatically renewed every 30 days.
- Payment: Direct debit by credit card (via our partner Stripe). Invoice sent by email.
- Cancellation: At any time via your personal account or contact@ckl.fr (effective at the end of the current month). Any month started is charged in full (no pro-rata).
- Loss of access: Upon expiry or cancellation, access to the platform, content, menus, and replays is immediately cut off without reinstatement.
Meeting with coaches
- Additional fees (SOLO/SOLO+): €70 per appointment (45-minute to 1-hour video call).
- CKL COACH: 1 appointment per week included (45-minute to 1-hour video call – can be rescheduled once per week max.).
- Cancellation: Free >48 hours in advance; charged 100% <48 hours or no-show.
- Coaches will refer you to a doctor if a medical need is suspected.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal for digital content provided immediately after payment (instant access to the member area). You expressly waive this right by clicking “Access now”.
Intellectual property and use
All CKL content (text, videos, menus) is protected by copyright. Strictly for personal and private use. Any reproduction, sharing, or commercial use is prohibited (immediate suspension and legal action will be taken).
Limited liability
CKL is committed to providing diligent access to the service. In the event of technical unavailability (less than 5% of the time), a pro-rata credit will be issued. CKL is not responsible for results (which vary from person to person), indirect damages, or the use of advice without medical guidance. Force majeure events include maintenance, internet outages, etc.
Personal data (GDPR)
CKL processes your data (weight, habits, etc.) to provide the service (legal basis: contract).
Data retention: subscription duration + 5 tax years. Rights (access, rectification, deletion) can be exercised via contact@parcours-ckl.fr.
